		<description>Hi Doug, Coupa’s had a record Q3 and so I think we’ve seen some support for your viewpoint. But rather than a discussion about Ariba vs. Coupa, the people I talk to are asking how vendors who are NOT SaaS are going to survive a steep decline in IT spending. SaaS vendors, with no up-front costs and the prospect of immediate benefit, should fare far better.</description>
