		<description>Hi Aprill, Good luck with that. I&#039;ve become somewhat pessimistic about a manager&#039;s ability to change their stripes. If they&#039;re young and inexperienced then I reckon you&#039;ve got a shot. But if they&#039;ve been in the management game for a while and aren&#039;t doing the things highlighted in the HBS article, none of which are &quot;sky rocket science&quot; (as an English-as-a-second-language friend of mine said today), then I reckon you&#039;ve got little chance of making a breakthrough. Let me know how it goes.</description>
